Escape the noise and reconnect with what truly matters. I’m thrilled to be co-hosting a one-of-a-kind wellness retreat with Chef Laura Chamberlin of Culinary Concepts Southwest at the serene Gloryview Ranch in Garland Prairie, Arizona.

Over four restorative days, I’ll be leading workshops focused on longevity, health, and wellness, along with practical, science-backed strategies for building resilience at home. Chef Laura will be offering hands-on culinary sessions that celebrate nourishment, wholesome, and seasonal ingredients.

Art & Creativity Sessions with Jill Sans

Horseback Riding

Find space to just be. Our guided meditation sessions help quiet the mind and open the heart. Whether under the stars or in a peaceful indoor space, these moments of reflection are a core part of the retreat experience.

6:00 AM – Early Bird Coffee & Light Snack

7:30-8:30 AM – Breakfast

11:30-12:00 PM – Return to Gloryview

12:30 PM – Lunch

2:00-4:00 PM – Workshop: Strength & Stability for Longevity
A gentle class to support bone density, core function, and balance.

5:00- 6:00 PM – Cooking Demonstration + Tasting Dinner
Learn to prepare a vibrant, anti-inflammatory meal using seasonal, nourishing ingredients.

6:00 PM – Dinner

7:00 PM – Evening Walk

8:00 PM – Campfire & Health Class
